1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing the website, creating a request, or booking lessons, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit requests.

2. How lesson requests work

Lesson availability is provided based on scheduling requests. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm a lesson. Confirmation (or refusal) is provided to you by the business entity according to the agreed process.

If you provide contact details for a lesson request, the processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with applicable law and our privacy disclosures.

3. Consumer pre-information and contractual transparency (distance/off-premises)

Where lessons are contracted through distance/off-premises channels, we provide clear and accessible information sufficient to identify the business entity and essential pre-contract terms, including consumer rights information.

4. Guarantees, results, and limitations

Educational lessons aim to improve your skills, but outcomes depend on your effort, attendance, prior knowledge, and learning habits. We do not guarantee specific results.

Any statements about learning effectiveness or expected progress are general information and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of outcome.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and attendance

Lesson schedules are agreed during confirmation of the request. If changes are needed, you should notify the business entity using the contact details below. The business may reschedule subject to availability.

The business reserves the right to adjust schedules in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, and to offer alternative times when possible.

6. Personal data

If the website collects personal data (for example, name, phone, or email for lesson booking), we process such data based on applicable requirements and provide privacy disclosures.
